Online Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for exchange or store credit.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

For exchanges, customers must email or call us directly to begin the exchange process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may ship your return using the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), or we can provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your exchange or issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email used at checkout.
